We had a great time this weekend and Preston really enjoyed all of the candy. All I heard all weekend was "M's" as M&M's are definitely his favorite candy. He's definitely going to be going through sugar withdrawal this week.
Saturday after swimming lessons (a post on that to come), we went with Ryan's sister Tera and our niece Sophia to an Easter Egg hunt at her baby-sitter's church. The kids started my making a craft and then headed upstairs to hunt for the eggs. We got a late start so the kids only got a few but they still thought it was fun. Then we all sat down and they read an Easter story to the kids. Preston kept standing up and yelling "Jesus" as he saw the pictures of him in the book. It was pretty funny.
Sunday we woke up and the Easter bunny brought Preston an Easter basket and hid some eggs. Preston loved the bubble machine he got and of course the candy. He hunted the eggs and then put the money he found inside his piggy bank. "Moneeee" is one of his new words. He learned it from Papaw giving him money to put in the stuffed animal machine that was at the restaurant we ate at the other night.

Church was awesome yesterday. The praise team did an amazing job and the place was packed. So great to see so many seats full and listening to such a strong message from Dwight.....as one of the Pastors put it the sermon was easy to understand and hard to refuse. Such an awesome way to start the day.

Such an awesome way to start the day. After church we headed to Great Grandpa and Grandma Bean's for lunch. Preston and Sophia hunted for Easter eggs, although Sophia was more interested in her candy necklace. Don't they look so cute in their Sunday best?
After lunch we headed to my mom and dad's. Preston took a nap and was ecstatic to see Papaw when he woke up. We ate dinner and then Preston and Mamaw played some of their piano duets for us before we headed home. It was a great weekend, making going back to work today even harder than usual. Happy Easter everyone!

Love that Easter basket you put together! Preston's getting so big! So funny about him yelling "JESUS!" during the story. How very cute.
